Good morning, Glenn, and happy Saturday!
You have a great question.
Here at TD Bank, we're happy to provide individual account owners with the ability to obtain a user name and password that is unique to them, and enroll in their own personal online banking! As online banking user names are designated to each individual account signer, and not the account itself, even joint account holders can have access to the same account using their own online banking credentials.
If you, your wife, your son, or your daughter would like to enroll in online banking, you're welcome to get started by clicking the link here: https://go.td.com/2FHYCjh. To fully enroll please know that you will need your Social Security Number, your TD Bank ATM or Visa Debit Card, a valid email address, and your account number.
If you do not have any of this information, don't worry, as you're welcome to call and speak with one of our Banking Specialist at 1-888-751-9000 for further assistance, or you may also visit your nearest TD Store location to speak with a Customer Service Representative, during lobby hours! To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope you found this information helpful, Glenn, and thanks for joining us on TD Helps today!
Enjoy the start to your weekend.
