We appreciate the visit to TD Helps, Victor.
Typically, if the deposit you made was a check deposit, the first $100 should be made available immediately. The rest of the funds are usually credited to your account on the following business day. If you are a new account holder and your account has not been open for 30 consecutive days, check deposits can be held for up to 7 business days for verification purposes.
If your deposit was made at TD Bank before 8:00 PM on a business day, it would be considered a deposit on that business day. A business day is every day except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. For weekend deposits, this usually means that the deposit will be considered Monday's deposit and will post to your account Tuesday. Please keep in mind that if Monday of that week is a federal holiday, the deposit is considered for Tuesday and will post to your account on Wednesday.
As exceptions may occur which can cause delays in funds availability, we invite you to look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ. On pages 38-41 you can find our Funds Availability Policy along with information about when you'll have access to deposits.
To better assist you, we ask you please contact us directly via telephone. Our Banking Specialists are available 24/7 and after account verification, they would be happy to review this deposit with you! Please contact us at 888-751-9000. If you prefer stopping by your local TD Bank store, please check here http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Additionally, you may send us a secure message online if you are currently enrolled for our online banking. After logging onto your account, please click on "Send a Secure Message" link, which is located on the left hand corner under "Message Center". You may choose General Account Inquiry as subject and type the message in the Comments/Requests section.
We hope this helps and please let u know if you have any other questions.
