Welcome to the TD Helps Community, Leticia.
Generally, Checking accounts can have an unlimited number of transactions each statement cycle; Savings accounts, however, do have restrictions on the number of transactions that can occur. The fee you mention sounds like an Excess Transfer fee; which is $9.00. This fee is charged for each transfer out of a Savings or Money Market account that you make when you exceed more than 6 transfers during your statement cycle. We'd like to point out however, that you can transfer an unlimited amount of times in to your Savings and or Money Market Account. Please note, there are ways in which you're able to make withdrawals without exceeding this limit.
Transactions that won't incur the Excess Transfer Fee are Over-the-Counter (OTC) withdrawals, ATM withdrawals, ATM transfers, and Transfers originated in person.
We invite you to visit http://bit.ly/1cTejgt to view our fee schedule for further details of this fee.
Please also take a look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ (page 6-7), for more information.
As this is pertaining to your specific account, please note as we would like to assist you directly regarding this matter, however we do not have access to your personal information as TD Helps is considered an unsecured site. Feel free to contact our Banking Specialist to discuss your account further at 888-751-9000 available 24/7 for your convenience.
You may also stop into your local TD Bank Store for assistance. Please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for locations and lobby hours near you.
Thanks for stopping by, Leticia and take care.
