We're so sorry to hear that you've misplaced the carbon copy of your personal check; however, please don't worry, as we'll gladly help!
There are a couple different options you have when wanting to request a copy of a check you may have written or deposited, and we'll be happy to go over all the different options you have so that you may choose the one that is the most convenient for you.
First, you're welcome to visit your nearest TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative. In most instances, a Representative can access your account immediately, and have copies printed for you on the spot so that you may leave the Store with them in your hand that same day. If you're unable to visit a TD Store location, don't worry! We have a couple other options for you.
You may first call and speak with a Banking Specialist, and after verification, they'll be happy to have a copy of your check mailed to the address we have on file for your account, typically within 7-10 business days. To speak with a Banking Specialist, you may simply dial 1-888-751-9000, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You would also have the option of sending us a secure message through your online banking. Similar to calling and speaking with a Banking Specialist, once your request has been received, a copy will be mailed to your address within 7-10 business days.
To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
