We're happy to say that TD Bank Customers may download our Mobile App and make mobile deposits at free of charge from their smart phone.
First and foremost, please keep in mind that to use the Mobile Banking App, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking to do so.
If you are not currently enrolled, you may do so at any time here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security Number and email address to complete the enrollment process.
Once you’ve successfully enrolled, you can then download the TD Bank Mobile App which makes it even easier to manage your accounts and check your balance on the go; you can do so by following this link: http://bit.ly/USApps. For more benefits of Online Banking visit http://bit.ly/1m3d6Zl.
To access your account you should use the same User Name and Password that you're using on our full website for your TD Bank Online Banking account. You also have the option of mailing in your deposits by using out Bank by Mail service. If you choose to send your deposit, please use the following address:

Some tips to consider prior to mailing your deposit include:
- Cash should not be sent through the mail
- Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same
- Checks should be endorsed (and restricted for deposit only)
- Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed
- Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy
- If using a blank deposit ticket, please write account number clearly
- Do not staple transactions
As you've mentioned that you recently moved, we recommend updating your address. We offer a variety of ways to update the address on your account so you are able to choose the method that is most convenient for you!
If you'd like to update the address for one or more of your Personal Deposit accounts, you can request an address change 24/7 via telephone at 888-751-9000. After account verification, we'd be happy to help.
You may also send a request using Online Banking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you're logged in to your account, please click on the Customer Service tab, then under the Self Service section you can use the link that says Change Address, Phone, E-Mail Address.
You may also submit your address change by mail. Feel free to mail a request to:

To change your address for a Credit Card, it can be changed by calling (888) 561-8861, logging on to http://bit.ly/1lVKil9 or stopping into any TD Bank Store. After logging on you will need to click on Services, Manage Credit Card, then Update Address and Phone Number. Your address change will take effect immediately on your Credit Card.
The change of address for a Personal Loan can be completed by calling (800) 937-5020 stopping into a TD Bank Store or by using our Send a Message feature through Online Banking as above.
Unsecured Line of Credits and Home Equity Line of Credits (HELOC) can be changed in person at a TD Bank Store or by mail after completing a change of address request form. Change of Address request forms can be received by calling the number above.
Please note that your change of address request can take up to 3 to 5 business days to be completed.
