Does TD use both Canadian and US credit histories to evaluate an Aeroplan VISA application?
Would TD also report credit utilization and payment history to Canadian and US credit bureaus?

We understand your concern Kenneth and would be happy to help point you in the right direction for assistance.
We'd like to let you know that if you are looking to apply for our TD Aeroplan Visa card with TD Bank here in the US, there are two ways you can apply - you can apply either as a US Citizen or as a Canadian Citizen. If you complete the application as a US Citizen, we would use your credit history in the US for reference; whereas if you apply as a Cross-Border Canadian Citizen, we would use your Canadian credit records for decisioning. Additionally, when reporting, as the card is located in the US, we will post to the US Credit Bureaus for reference. For more information on our Aeroplan Visa card, please check out: http://bit.ly/1ISxDKD. To apply for this card, you may apply online by selecting the "Apply Now" box, you can visit us during lobby hours at http://bit.ly/TDStores, or you could call us directly at 888-233-5586.
If you are looking to apply for the TD Aeroplan Visa with TD Canada Trust, your credit history in Canada will be used for reference and credit reporting will be based in Canada. Please check out: http://bit.ly/1mUHnei for more information on TD Canada Trust's TD Aeroplan Visa Card. To apply, please check out: http://bit.ly/1zZlhdx as Hung from up North, answered a similar question outlining the options on how you can apply for an Aeroplan Visa card.

When using the cross border application at http://www.tdbank.com/exc/pdf/aeroplan-crossborder-creditcard-application.pdf, would both Canadian and US credit histories be reviewed, or just Canadian?

I was advised by your cross border banking helpline to download an application form at www.tdbank.com/crossbordercreditcard for the pdf form. I think I got the wrong address. Can you tell me the correct address if I want to get the form for TD Easy Rewards Visa Card?

I'm in the same situation (Canadian moved to California) and I tried to apply for a TD Bank credit card over the phone and was told that I have to be on the East coast to apply. Is that correct?
