Welcome to TD Helps, Sarah. We'd be happy to review your concerns.
At this time, a fee could be assessed to your account if a withdrawal, transfer or balance inquiry is made at a non-TD ATM, depending on your account type. Please look here http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for additional fee information.
We'd like to take this opportunity to let you know that we offer some accounts in which non-TD Bank ATM fees would be waived, and we may reimburse you for fees charged by the owner of the non-TD Bank ATM. We invite you to view the link mentioned earlier to see the types of accounts needed to waive these fees.
We also invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for help locating the nearest TD ATM. Also, check out: http://bit.ly/1xwvko5 for help on how to avoid ATM fees.
Based on the information provided if you'd like to change the type of account you currently have, we offer a variety of ways to do so.
You are able to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 and after account verification, our Representatives will be happy to request the change for you. Similarly, our Store Representatives are able to assist you with the same during lobby hours.
If you're enrolled in Online Banking, you can even request this change from your online account by sending a secure message. You can log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you're signed in, on the left hand side you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." When sending us the secure message, please be sure to provide us your account number and the account type you are requesting and we will be happy to process your request.
If you aren't enrolled in Online Banking yet, don't worry. You can enroll any time by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You'll need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security number and email address to complete the enrollment. If you have any trouble, you can call the number above or you can visit a TD Store during lobby hours.
Since you've mentioned that you've recently moved, we recommend making sure your address is up to date. You are able to call us 24/7 by using the number listed above or by visiting a TD Store. You are even able to update this information via Online Banking. Once you're logged in to your account, please click on the "Customer Service" tab, then under the Self Service section you can click the link that shows "Change Address, Phone, E-Mail Address." Please note: this option is only for Customers who have enrolled for Online Banking longer than 30 days.
You may also submit your address change by mail. Feel free to mail a request to:
TD Bank, NA 6000 Atrium Way Mail Stop # NJ5-002-215 Mt Laurel, NJ 08054
We hope this helps, Sarah and have a good day.
