Happy Friday, Meir!
Welcome to TD Helps.
Here at TD Bank, even if an account has been closed, we would still be able to provide you with a statement copy, free of charge! It's important to note that, at this time, we are able to provide statement copies for the past 7 years. For example, at this time, you would be able to request any statement copies from October 2010.
Requesting statement copies is easy, and we'll be more than happy to help you get in touch with someone. Before we do, we notice you mentioned that you are currently not in Canada, and because of this, we'd like to ensure that your account is not held with TD Canada Trust. At this time, you have reached TD Bank here in the United States, and unfortunately, we do not have access to accounts you may have opened with TD Canada Trust. If your accounts are held with TD Canada Trust, we'd like to recommend that you call 1-866-222-3456 to speak with a Specialist up north, 24/7.
However, if your account is held with TD Bank, you may first request statements by calling and speaking with one of our knowledgeable Banking Specialist. For your convenience, they can be reached at 1-888-751-9000, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You're also welcome to visit your nearest TD Store location, during lobby hours, for assistance. Our Customer Service Representatives are always happy to help, and we invite you to use the link here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find your nearest TD Store location.
If you're not able to visit a TD Store location, or even call, that's okay! You also have the option of sending us a Secure Message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us at the number mentioned above, as were always happy to help!
Thanks for stopping by today, Meir. We sincerely hope you enjoy the rest of your day, and have a great weekend!
