for some reason I do not receive a bank statement every month for my savings account. I had a user id and password which I wrote down to print statement at my convenience and it doesn't work anymore?

To best assist with your online account, we ask that you reach out to us directly. You are able to contact our Banking Specialists 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 (800-493-7562 option 2 for BusinessDirect). After account verification, our Representatives will be glad to help you recover your user name.
Similarly, you are able to visit us during lobby hours at any TD Store for help. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
In regards to your statement copies, you are able to request copies by contacting the number mentioned above or by visiting any TD Store. Once you regain access to your online account you're able to print your statements directly. If you do choose to request statements over the phone, they will be mailed to your address and may take up to 7-10 business days.
