Good Evening, Hector. Thanks for stopping by TD Helps. We would be happy to help!
First, we'd like to let you know that address updates typically take 3-5 business days to be completed, once you have submitted your new information to us. This change is generally reflected on your next month's statement, depending on the dates of your account's statement cycle.
Although we're unable to generate a statement immediately with your updated address, once your address change has been made you can request that we mail a copy of your previous statement to your new address. Please note that in this instance, the statement can be mailed to the new address and the envelope may reflect this information; however, the statement itself will be printed with your prior address until the next statement is issued.
Please note: if you have enrolled for Online Banking longer than 30 days and currently have personal accounts with TD Bank or business accounts with only one signer on the accounts and the accounts are opened longer than 30 days, you can request your address change via Online Banking by sending us a secure message. To do so please first access your accounts from here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq . Once you're logged in to your account, please click on the "Customer Service" tab, then under the Self Service section you can click the link that shows "Change Address, Phone, E-Mail Address."
