Nice of you to stop by TD Helps this evening, Chaim! We'll be sure to provide some options for you regarding your account statements.
One of the easiest ways to obtain your account statement is through your personal online banking profile. If you're not currently enrolled for online banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Once you're enrolled, please sign into your account, select the account that you'd like to view, click on the Statements & Notices tab (Statements tab for TD BusinessDirect) and choose a statement that you'd like to view. Please note that you can view your account history all the back through April 2010.
You could send us a secure message through online banking as well. To send a secure message, please sign into your account and select "Send a message"; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page.
Another way to obtain a statement copy would be giving us a call 24/7 at the telephone number listed above. Once our Banking Specialists verify your account information, they'll be able to mail your statement to your home address.
If you're nearby a TD Bank, feel free to stop in for assistance as well. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
Please note that it can take 7-10 business days; depending on your postal service. Take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt to view our fee schedule as fees may apply for this request.
Please let us know if you have any additional questions and enjoy the rest of your evening, Chaim! Take care.
