Good afternoon, Jeronn and welcome to TD Helps! We're more than happy to provide some info about our Cashier's/Official Checks for you.
Our Customers are able to purchase Official Checks with cash, or via withdrawal from your account. At the time of purchase, we do ask that the amount requested match the balance in your account. This can be completed at any of our Stores in either the lobby or drive-thru. You're welcome to visit http://bit.ly/TDStores to find your closest TD Bank Store.
Typically, an Official Check is made payable to your payee, and please keep in mind that official checks cannot be made payable to "Cash." We'd recommend reviewing your payee's requirements prior to your visit to the Store.
Fees may also apply for this purchase depending on your account type, and please review our current Fee Schedule at http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for further information.
We hope we helped answer your questions today, Jeronn! Take care and have a wonderful night.
