Welcome to TD Helps! We appreciate you stopping by with your inquiry, Jed.
We apologize, however Certified Checks are no longer offered at TD Bank. TD Bank Customers may purchase Official Checks by visiting any store directly during drive thru or lobby hours. Since you mentioned that you live in Ohio and that is outside of our footprint, we recommend using alternative payment methods such as an ATM withdrawal or cash Advance on your Visa Debit Card. To discuss further options, you may connect with our Specialists directly by calling us at 888-751-9000, 24/7.
If you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may also send us a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq . On the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”.
If you have not enrolled and would like to, you may do so if you have an ATM/Debit Card and email address. Simply fill out the online application to access your personal account(s). Please visit http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll for TD Bank Online Banking. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. Signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy – allowing you to view your accounts in just three simple steps! First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
Good luck on closing, Jed! Stop by again anytime with other questions.
