Welcome to TD Helps, Loreta. We'll be glad to provide you with details on how to obtain information from your account for the past six months.
Your direct deposits will show as a credit posted to your account history on all of your statements. You can view your statements via Online Banking. If you are not already signed up for Online Banking you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, debit card number and Social Security number to enroll online. If you do not have one or more of these numbers feel free to give us a call at 888-751-9000 and we’ll gladly help you set it up. Once you’re signed up for Online Banking you can sign in to view and print your statements as far back as 5 years.
You’re also welcome to request the statements to be mailed to you. Give us a call at the number listed above and we can put in that request for you. As always, you could also visit any TD Bank location and they can print it out for you. For a listing of TD locations please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.

To check your account for regular deposits, we recommend first reviewing your online banking and statements. If you have not yet enrolled in online banking, please review the link and instructions that Colleen has provided above. If you are enrolled, we'd be happy to walk you through viewing your account history and accessing your statements.
To begin, click here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq to login. Select the account you'd like to review. On that page, under 'Account History' you can set the dropdown menu to 'All Available History.' If regular deposits have been received in the last 60 days, they will show here in your transactions. To review for deposits prior to that, select the 'Statements & Notices' tab. You should be able to view and print statements going back as far as April 2010.
