Good afternoon, Cornelius and thanks for connecting with us! We'll be happy to help with your check copy.
If the check you're looking for was paid from your account in the past 60 days, you may view and print this via your Online Banking account. Once you log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, please select "All Available History" from the drop down box located under the "Account History" title, after you select the "Accounts" tab. Selecting this will allow you view and print any checks that have been paid recently from your account.
Additionally, if your account is enrolled for paperless statements, your cancelled check images are available to view on the last page of your statement, for any month in which your account was paperless. To view your statements online, after selecting the "Accounts" tab and the account you would like to view, please click on the green "Statements" tab to select the month and year of the statement.
If your check image was not available, don't worry, as we have other ways to help you. You are always welcome to give one of our dedicated Banking Specialists a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, and they can mail a copy to your home address. Or, feel free to request a copy while logged in to your online banking account, by sending a Secure Message. Just click on the Customer Service tab at the top right, then use the "Other Copy Requests" link to make your request. Also, if you are nearby one of our TD Bank Stores, you can request a check copy to be printed while you wait. For a listing of Store hours please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please note that for multiple copies, fees can apply; please see http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for our current Fee Schedule. And also keep in mind that we'll only be able to provide copies of checks that have been presented to your account for payment.
Hope one of these options will help out, Cornelius! Let us know about any questions and have a great one.
