Good evening, Tom! Thanks for writing in with your question.
If the checks you're looking for were paid from your account in the past 60 days, you can view and print these via your Online Banking account. Once you log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, please select "All Available History" from the drop down box located under the "Account History" title, after you select the "Accounts" tab. Selecting this will allow you view and print any checks that have been paid recently from your account.
If the checks were presented to your account more than 60 days ago and your account is enrolled for paperless statements, your cancelled check images are available to view on the last page of your statement, for any month in which your account was paperless. To view your statements online, after selecting the "Accounts" tab and the account you would like to view, please click on the green "Statements" tab to select the month and year of the statement. Check images would also be available on your paper statements if you have opted to pay a small fee for this service, or with certain checking account types and you can take a look on the last page of your paper statements to see if these images are available.
If your check images were not available, don't worry, as we have other ways to help you. You are always welcome to give one of our dedicated Banking Specialists a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, and they can mail copies to your home address. Or, feel free to request copies while logged in to your online banking account, by sending a Secure Message. Just click on the Customer Service tab at the top right, then use the "Other Copy Requests" link to make your request. Also, if you are nearby one of our TD Bank Stores, you can request a check copy to be printed while you wait. For a listing of Store hours please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Kindly have the check number(s) and post date(s) available to make your request.

Additionally, please keep in mind that we'll only be able to provide copies of checks that have been presented to your account for payment.
