Hi Shannon, thanks for reaching out to us this morning at TD Helps. We're glad to help assist with your mortgage application.
If you're application has already been approved and is in escrow, you may fax your new homeowner's insurance bill to our TD Bank Mortgage Escrow Department at 207-755-4336.
If you're application is still in process and not yet in escrow, then you'll need to fax your proof of insurance to: TD Mortgage In-Process Department at 866-809-0845.
With either number, please don't forget to include a cover sheet with your name and Application # or Loan # so that your paperwork can be filed correctly. And, if you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact a Financial Solutions Group Specialist 24/7 at 800-937-5020.
