Working out a dispute with the NYS Dept of Tax and Finance who claim to not have gotten a check from me,*****, dated April 8 2014, and according to my bank statement, paid on 4/14/14, in the amount of $175. I need a copy of the check front and back so we can prove to them that they did get and deposit the check. If I can't get the info from the back, they can't figure out where that money went.
Please help at your earliest convenience.
