Hi, I'm in need of a paper only bank statement just for this month. I received my online statement a few days ago but I have no working printers to access information. I'm filling out a HECM and the app process needs my gov/check deposits validated. Thanks for your assistance in this matter. Mike pisani

If you're still unable to print statements via your online banking, you may order statement copies by sending us a Secure Message via online banking, calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visiting your local TD Bank Store location, during lobby hours in person. To find out the nearest TD Store near you, please visit: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc. To send a Secure Message you must first log in to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center". You may also contact our Banking Specialists at the telephone number listed above, who are available 24/7. When calling, please note that we do require account verification, for security purposes.
