Thanks for stopping by TD Helps, Yvonne.
If you have a personal Checking or Savings account and are looking to request a new debit card to be sent to an alternative address, we ask that you send a request via Online Banking or fax.
To send the request online, if you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available.
Once you're enrolled, please sign into your account and click on the "Customer Service" tab on the right and then the "Send a Message" link. In your request, please include the following information: your full name, account number, the address that you would like the card to be sent to and this statement; "I accept full responsibility for the card being mailed to the alternate address." Once we receive this information, we can send a new debit card to your current address.
To send the request by fax, please include the same information listed above for the secured message in your fax request. Please also be sure to sign your request and fax it to our Team at 856-533-1138.
If your new TD Debit Card is being mailed to an address within the U.S. please allow approximately 7-10 business days for arrival. Please note, your card will be sent in a white envelope for security purposes.
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to connect with our Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000, available 24/7.
We hope this is helpful Yvonne and have a great night.
