Good of you to write into TD Helps today, Marlene! We'll be glad to provide some alternative ways to receive your ATM pin number.
We recommend giving one of our 24/7 Banking Specialists a call at 888-751-9000 at your earliest convenience. Once our Specialists verify your account information, they'll be able to mail you a pin reminder. Please note that it can take 7-10 business days for your pin reminder to arrive at your home address; depending on your postal service.
Another way to receive a pin reminder would be sending us a secure message through online banking. If you're not currently enrolled for online banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at the telephone number listed above. To send a secure message, please sign into your account and select "Send a message"; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page. As mentioned above, it can take 7-10 business days for your pin reminder to arrive at your home; depending on your postal service.
Once you receive your pin reminder, you have two options in changing your pin number. The first option is to change it at any TD Bank ATM and your second option is visiting any TD Bank during lobby hours. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
If you should have any additional questions, please let us know. Have a great afternoon, Marlene and enjoy the rest of your week!
