Welcome to TD Helps, Veronica.
Requesting the history of your payments depends on the type of account that you have and we're happy to go over all options with you.
If you have a Loan with TD Bank, to request a history of your payments you may contact our Financial Solutions Group 24/7 at 800-937-5020 or visit a nearby TD location and we'll mail the requested information to the address we have on file. For Store hours and locations please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Also, if you use Online Banking at www.tdbank.com, you'll be able to view all of your payment history online. If you're not enrolled yet, please contact our Digital Banking Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562. After account verification, our Specialists will be able to help you enroll. You may also visit a TD Store for help setting this up.
You may also fax us a request for your payment history. If you have a Car Loan, Personal Loan or a Home Equity Line of Credit you may fax your request to 207-755-4403. If you have a Mortgage, please fax your request to 207-755-4229. In your fax, please make sure to include your loan number, return fax number and your signature. For information on any fees that may apply please view: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt
If you are looking for the payment history for your Credit Card, you can view the past 12 months of statements online at www.tdcardservices.com. If you need statements prior to the past 12 months, you can request them by calling TD Card Services 24/7 at 888-561-8861. Please note, there would be a fee of $7.00 per statement. Also, fees are subject to change.
We hope this helps, Veronica. Let us know if you have any other questions and have a great afternoon.
