Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, Martin. This is a great question, and we'll be happy to help.
First, the quickest and easiest way to view and print copies of your statements is to find them via your online banking account. For your personal accounts, you'll be able to view the past five years of statements online, or from the start of your account if opened more recently than five years ago. Please keep in mind that this applies to any of your accounts which receive statements and are still active with us.
If you're currently using our TD Online Banking for your personal account, after logging in your account here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq, please follow the steps below:
-Click on the Accounts tab at the top of the screen
-Click on the checking account number you would like to view statements on
-Click on the Statements tab
-Choose the statement period you would like to view and click View Statement
-You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
If you are not currently enrolled in online banking, and would like to use this service for your Personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/debit card, Social Security number, and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. Please follow the prompts, and when you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
In case you don't have the required information to set up your online account, or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us, 24/7, at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started!
If you'd prefer not to download your statements online, you're welcome to contact a Customer Service Representative, 24/7, at the number mentioned earlier, or via online Secure Message, who can mail the statements to your address on file. To send a secure message, please log in to your account online using the first link provided above. Once you have done so, locate the Customer Service tab at the top right, and then click on Statement Copy. Please submit your request, and a friendly Representative will respond shortly.
Or if you'd like, please feel free to visit any of our local Stores to obtain the copies. In many cases, you can have them printed while you wait. Please see here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find your local Store and lobby hours. Please note, depending on the type of statement copy you are looking for, additional fees may apply. For more information, please refer to your Account Guide and the current Personal Fee Schedule here: https://go.td.com/2lbbfGg (located under “copies”).
We hope this helps, Martin. Enjoy the rest of your day, and have a great weekend!
