In order to request statement information, we ask that you connect with us directly. You can call our Financial Solutions Group Specialists 24/7 at 800-937-5020. Once speaking with them, they will be happy to process a request for a statement copy.
You can also reach out to us using Online or Mobile Banking. To send a secure message using Online Banking, please sign in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq and select 'Send a secure message' located in the 'Message Center' on the left hand side of the page. For Mobile Banking, select the option to 'Contact Us' followed by 'Send a secure message' after signing in. Be sure to include the month and year of statements you're requesting.
