An auto loan payment was made in error I need for it to be reversed back to my acct.

If the payment you are referring to was made with your account and routing number, a stop payment may be placed if the payment has not already posted to your account. To place a stop payment, you may connect with a Representative directly by dialing 888-751-9000.
