Thanks for dropping by TD Helps, Brian! We'll be sure to share some information with you this evening.
Based on your question, it sounds like you would like copies of your checks that you wrote this past January. If this is so, there are a few ways that you can obtain these copies.
If your account is enrolled in paperless statements, you'll have access to these copies through your online statements via your online banking. Please sign into your account, click on the account that you'd like to view and select the Statements & Notices tab (Statements tab for TD BusinessDirect.) From there, you can select your January statement.
If you're not currently enrolled for online banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY or here http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6 for TD BusinessDirect. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000 (800-493-7562 Option 2 for TD BusinessDirect.)
Another option you could choose is requesting these copies via secure message as well. To send a secure message, please sign into your account and select "Send a message"; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page.
You could also give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 (800-493-7562 Option 2 for TD BusinessDirect) to have one of our Specialists mail these copies to your home.
Please note that fees may apply if you choose to call us or send us a secure message through online banking. Take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt to view our Personal Fee Schedule. You should receive these copies within 7-10 business days; depending on your postal service.
If we've misunderstood your question in any way, we kindly ask that you submit another question with additional details so we can better assist you.
We hope this helps and take care, Brian. Enjoy the rest of your evening!
