TD Bank supplied me with the necessary bank statements, but they don't include the photocopies of the checks and I need to identify who the payees were. My records are in storage and I am in a nursing home.

It's very kind of you to join us on TD Helps today, Mary. We understand how important it is to have access to your check copies and we're glad to give options on obtaining the information you desire.
You may view your most recent check payments via your Online Banking. If you have not enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so at: http://bit.ly/1lqyp6r. You will need your account number and ATM/debit card number to complete the enrollment. The system will lead you step-by-step through the process. If you have any questions about the enrollment process, please call our Digital Banking Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562 for further assistance.
Once you've enrolled, please select "All Available History" from the drop down box located under the "Account History" title after you select the "Accounts" tab. Selecting this will allow you view checks that have been presented that are available for viewing. To view Checks prior to what is listed; you may send us a secure message with your request. To send a secure message, please click on the "Customer Service" tab and then "Send a Message." On the new page, there will be a message field and a drop down menu where you can choose a subject. Please select "General Customer Service" from the drop down box. Please fill in the necessary fields with details of your request.
You are also welcome to give our Customer Service Representatives a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Banking Specialists would be happy help!
