Thanks for submitting your question to TD Helps today, Eszter! We have plenty of options for you to obtain some statement copies and are glad to assist you.
The easiest and quickest way to retrieve copies of your statements is to print them from your Online Banking account.
If you're currently using our TD Bank Online Banking for your personal accounts, please log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Or if you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect Online Banking, log in here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8. After logging in, please follow the steps below:
- Click on the Accounts tab at the top of the screen
- Click on the account number you would like to view statements on
- Click on the Statements tab or link
- Choose the statement period you would like to view and click View/View Statement
- You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking and wish to do so, you may begin by using our self-service option for personal accounts at http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. If you prefer to use our free BusinessDirect online platform, you may start here: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. You'll need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, Social Security number or Tax ID number, and your email address. Please note that if you sign up for BusinessDirect, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your initial user ID and password for login purposes.
If you'd prefer not to download your statements online, you're welcome to contact a Customer Service Representative 24/7 at 888-751-9000, who can mail the statements to your address on file. Or if you'd like, please feel free to visit any of our local Stores to obtain copies. In many cases you can have them printed while you wait, and we recommend calling in advance to be sure. Please see here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find your local Store's contact information and lobby hours.
We hope this is helpful, Eszter! We welcome you back anytime and enjoy the rest of your weekend.
