Thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Barbara. We'd be glad to help you retrieve statement copies.
If you are referring monthly statements for your TD deposit account, such as Checking, Savings or Money Market account and you are already enrolled for our Online Banking, after logging in your account from here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, please follow the steps below to obtain your statements:
1. Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen
2. Click on the account number you would like to view statements on
3. Click on the “Statements & Notices” tab.
4. Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement”
5. You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking, feel free to do so at any time here http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security Number and email address. If you have any trouble signing up, feel free to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or visit a TD Store. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
You are also able to retrieve copies by calling us 24/7 using the number mentioned above or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours.
Also, depending on the type of statement copy you are looking for, additional fees may apply. For more information, please refer to our current Personal Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt (please see "copies" for more details).
Please know that we are unable to send this information via email at this time as it is not considered secure.
We hope this helps, Barbara and have a good day.
