I've been trying for a week to get a response without success. My branch in Canada changed my login information for my TD Bank account and now I can't remember it and I've asked three times now. I am now in Ecuador and have no clue what my bank balance is.

No. I have no problem with my TD Canada Trust account. As I said, my issue is with my TD Bank account in New York, which I can't log into for almost two weeks now.
