I had an auto payment plan and the company took the wrong amount of money and I am now over drawn. The payment is pending and I need it stopped.

Thanks for stopping by TD Helps, Crissy. We'd be happy to provide some useful information in regards to stopping an automatic payment.
Based on your inquiry, it sounds like the auto payment you are looking to stop was placed with the Merchant directly using your account number and routing number (ACH payment). If so, we'd be happy to help.
To place a stop payment on this ACH auto pay, please call us directly at 888-751-9000. We are available 24/7 and after account verification, we'd be happy to help.
If the payment was made via check, in addition to calling us at the number provided above, you may request a stop pay via your TD Online Banking. To request a stop pay for a check payment online, you will need to first log on to your online banking account. If you have personal TD accounts and are signed up for our retail online banking, please click here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. If you are a TD Bank BusinessDirect user, please direct your browser to http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8. Click on the Customer Service tab on the top right, then use the Stop Payment link prompts to complete your request.
To get set up for Online Banking, you can follow this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. This will take you directly to the “Online Banking Sign Up” page. You will need your account number, your TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card number, your social security number and your E-mail address. Once you complete the application you will have access to your online account right away.
Also, depending on your Checking account type, there may be a fee applied for a stop payment. Please visit: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt to view our current Fee Schedule.
Additionally, you may also stop by your nearest TD Bank Store location to request the stop payment request in person. To find out TD store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If by chance the auto payment was initiated via your TD Debit Card, we'd like to let you know that although we cannot place a stop payment on Debit Card transactions, we would be happy to provide other options available to you.
As the payment in question is currently in Pending status, in order to have the funds released, the Merchant may fax a letter to us on their letterhead to the attention of Fulfillment at 1-856-533-1138. They need to include the following:
1. Date of authorization
2. Your full debit card number
3. The exact amount debited
4. A brief statement from the merchant expressing that they authorize the hold to be released
5. The merchant's signature
If the transaction has already been posted to your account, you may contact the Merchant directly to determine if the funds can be refunded. Please note; because we are unsure of the Merchant's Return Policy, it is recommended contacting the merchant first to determine the possibility of refunds.
We hope this helps, Crissy. If you need anything else, please let us know.
