Good morning, Mariana, and thanks for connecting with us today.
At this time, to determine if your direct deposit will be credited to your TD Bank account, we'd like to recommend that you reach out to your employer directly, as we would be unable to confirm this information until a credit is received to your account.
In the event that you have not provided your direct deposit information to your employer, we'll be happy to help.
We do offer a Direct Deposit Authorization Form which you can obtain right from our website, www.tdbank.com. Typically speaking, when providing your employer with information for your direct deposit, they will request your account and routing number. This information can be found on the bottom of any personal checks you may have, and we invite you to check out the link here: https://go.td.com/2bjcv63 for an example of where this information can be found.
If you currently don’t have access to a personal check to obtain this information, you can also confirm your account and routing number online. Your routing number is based on which state you opened your account and you're welcome to check out the link here: http://bit.ly/1cmRPoF for a current list. If you're unaware of which state you may have opened your account, we invite you to connect with us directly so that we can confirm this information for you. Our Banking Specialists are always available, and can be reached, 24/7, by calling 1-888-751-9000. Additionally, you're also welcome to visit a TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you're unaware of your account number, this information can be obtained by simply logging into your Personal Online Banking, which you can do from here: https://go.td.com/SMUhhl. Once you're able to log in, you will be able to view your full account number under the 'Account Number' section. If you have downloaded our Mobile Banking App onto your smartphone, you can also use this method to obtain your account number.
You'll first want to log in using the same Online Banking credentials, and then select the 'Accounts' button. Next, click on the account you wish to view, then 'Details'. From here, you'll be able to view the last four digits of your account number, but by clicking 'Show', you will be able to review your full account number.
If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to connect with us at the number provided above, or you're also welcome visit your nearest TD Store location to speak with a Representative.
Thanks again for stopping by today, Mariana, and we hope you have an amazing weekend.
