my account is still active I belive though too and my mom when to the TD and she had tried sevral times to get the money out for me and it wouldn't let her I have gaven her I right pin and it wouldn't work and I have a lot of money with this bank . so id like to know what happnen to all my founds though. need help with my passoword

If you have forgotten your password but remember your Online Banking user name and have U.S. Social Security Number, you do have the option of resetting your password via online by visiting http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you are on the log in page, please click on the “Trouble Logging In” link that is located under the password field via your Online Banking. Select the account type and input your user name. You will then be asked to answer 2 security questions, after successfully answering the security questions, you will be able to reset your password.
If you do not remember your user name or wish to speak with a Specialist regarding your account concerns, please connect with our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Upon proper account verification, they will be able to help you resetting your Online Banking password in no time.
