Looking online I am not sure if I even have a balance. I have not been with TD long and don't navigate the computer well. Can you give me my balance, please.

Thanks for reaching us on TD Helps, Michael. We'd be glad to help you check your balance.
First, the easiest way to check your balance is by using our automated system 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. The first time you call the automated system, it will prompt you to enter either your account number or your VISA Debit Card number. After that, it will ask you to confirm the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. After entering your SSN, you will then be asked to create a unique 4 digit Phone Code to use for future access in the IVR system. This Phone is independent of the PIN associated with your VISA Debit Card. Some tips to remember when creating your Phone Code:
- Create something unique that will be hard for others to guess
- Choose numbers that you can remember, but do not easily relate back to you (i.e. birthdates, addresses, phone numbers, etc.)
- You should not continue to use the last 4 digits of your SSN
- We recommend *not* using the same code as your Debit Card PIN Number to prevent unauthorized access

If you'd prefer to speak with a live Banking Specialist to confirm your balance, feel free to dial "0" while you're on any menu on the automated IVR system and you will be transferred to a live agent.
Another option to check your balance is if you've already enrolled in Online Banking with TD. You may log in to your Online Profile here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once in, the first thing you'll see is a list of your account(s) and the available balance in each on the right hand side of the page.
You are able to check your balance using your Debit Card at any TD or non-TD ATM. Simply insert your Card into the machine, enter your PIN and select Balance Inquiry.
