I'm having trouble remembering my log in for my account. I do not have access to a phone. I'm trying to get the form for direct deposits to submit to my employer so that I can get that started. I have my card with me and can provide personal information if needed. Please help! Thanks so much.

Good morning, ReAnna.
We're so sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your online banking, and we'll be more than happy to help.
We'd first like to apologize for any inconvenience; however, please understand that at this time, TD Helps is not considered a secure forum of contact, and because of this, we unfortunately do not have access to your account or personal information to assist you directly with your online banking.
However, as you mentioned that you needed access to your online banking to obtain a form for your direct deposit, we're happy to announce that you can find this form on TD Bank's main website! To access our Direct Deposit Authorization Form, feel free to check out the link here: https://go.td.com/1sSvhT6.
If you would still like assistance with your online banking, while we are unable to do so via TD Helps, if you're able to gain access to a phone, you're welcome to call 1-888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist, 24/7. You're also welcome to visit a TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative.
We sincerely hope this helps, ReAnna, and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
