We certainly understand your concerns, and we are more than happy to help!
Overdraft fees typically occur when a payment or transaction is presented for payment when there aren’t enough funds in the account to cover. Once your account is overdrawn more than a certain amount, an overdraft fee is usually assessed the following business day.
As you mentioned you were charged a $35.00 fee, but there were funds in your account at the time, please contact us directly so we may review your account further.
Please note that we'd love to assist you through TD Helps; however we do not have access to your personal or account information as it is considered an unsecured forum.
Our Banking Specialists can be reached 24/7 at 888-751-9000, and after account verification, they will be happy to review the overdraft fee that was assessed.
You may also visit your local TD Bank Store for help with your account, if you'd rather speak with a Representative in person. Please check out: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR for TD locations near you. If you are unable to call or visit a location, feel free to send us a secured message. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
Thanks for reaching out to us, Jacqueline!
