I forgot my account number and i need it to activate my online service

You may find the account number by looking at the paper statements which is located at the right top corner of the page. If you have any checks with you, the account number would be the second set of numbers located at the bottom of the check. Please check out this link for more information http://bit.ly/1qH2i2K. Please note, for the security of your account we are unable to provide account numbers over the telephone or via email.
Even though the account number is needed to use the self-service feature via www.tdbank.com to enroll for Online Banking, we are happy to say, there are other ways you can enroll. You can contact us directly at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with one of our Digital Specialists. After account verification, our Specialists would be happy to help!
If you are unable to verify your account or if you prefer to sit with a Customer Service Representative, you may also visit us during lobby hours at a nearby TD Store. Once enrolled, you will have complete access to your online account where you will be able to view your account number, balance and transactions, and other great features TD Bank offers with Online Banking. Please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores to find out TD Store locations near you. Please be sure to bring a primary form of identification (Driver’s License, passport, State I.D. etc.) for verification purposes.

The security of your account information is extremely important to us; which is why we do not provide account numbers via TD Helps, email or over the phone. We do have a few options to retrieve your account number and are happy to provide them to you.

Also, if you are enrolled for our Online Banking, another way to view the account number is on the "Accounts" tab of your Online Banking homepage. If you are currently not utilizing TD Bank Online Banking but would like to be enrolled, please review the following information. If you are currently enrolled for our BusinessDirect Online Banking, you will only be able to view the last four digits of the account number on your Online Banking homepage. However, please follow the steps below to bring up your monthly statements, so you may locate your full account number on the right hand Conner of the first page. After logging in your account from herehttp://bit.ly/1rvBmq8, please follow the steps below to obtain your statements:
1. Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen
2. Click “Statements”
3. Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement”
4. You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statements
If you have trouble, don't worry! We invite you to contact our Small Business Team at 800-493-7562, option 2.
If you prefer, or are referring to other account types you have with TD Bank, such as Credit Card or Loans, we ask you please stop by your local TD Bank Store location in person with your valid photo ID during normal lobby hours to obtain the account number in person.
