Hello Caitlin and thanks for connecting with TD Helps today.
If you have received some temporary checks when your new Checking account was set up, you may locate your account number by checking out this link: http://bit.ly/1qH2i2K.
If you did not receive any temporary checks and you can still enroll for online banking without the account number. Even though the account number is needed to use the self-service feature via www.tdbank.com to enroll for Online Banking, we are happy to say, there are other ways you can enroll. You can contact us directly at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with one of our Digital Specialists. After account verification, our Specialists would be happy to help! Once you are enrolled for online banking, you will be able to view your account number on the welcome page after logging on.
Another way to obtain the account number is by visiting a local TD Store. For locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Please be informed that for the security of your account information, we do not provide account numbers via e-mail or over the phone.
If we can assist you again, please feel free to write to us anytime! We hope this helps and enjoy your day.
