Welcome to the community, Nichole. We'll be glad to guide you on how to sign up for Online Banking.
While your account number is needed to complete the self-service enrollment form for Online Banking, if you were to give us a call at 888-751-9000 we'd be glad to set it up for you! Our Banking Specialists are available 24/7 for your convenience.
If you'd prefer to use the self-service feature to enroll, you may obtain your account number via your paper statements, located at the top right corner of the page. If you have checks for your account, your account number can be found on your check. It would be the second set of numbers located at the bottom of the check.
You're always welcome to visit us at any TD Store during lobby hours for further assistance. Our Specialists will not only be able to provide you with your account number, after verification, but we will also help enroll you for Online Banking. Prior to your visit, please make sure to bring your photo ID such as a driver's license or passport. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
Please note that we are unable to provide your account number over the phone or through email.
Once you're set up for Online Banking, you may log in from the computer and on the Accounts page you'll be able to view your full account number. To set up direct deposit, you will also need your routing number, which is based on the TD location where your account was originally opened. You may view a list of our routing numbers by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1cmRPoF. We'd also like to invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1sSvhT6, where you can view and print our already prepared form. Once you print it, just fill in your personal information and hand the completed form to your Employer and they'll do the rest!
We hope this helps, Nichole and please let us know if you have any other questions.
