Hi Damon! Thanks for reaching out to us.
Statements for savings accounts are generally issued on a quarterly basis. The only time we issue monthly statements is if there has been an electronic transaction in the savings account over the course of the month or the statements are combined with a checking account.
It sounds like your statement may not have been issued as of yet. Don't worry! If you need documentation of transactions from October, we may be able to provide you with an interim statement at one of our Stores. TD Bank Store Representatives have the ability to print interim statements. These statements should show transactions and balances since your last statement ended and will look very similar to your standard monthly statement.
We invite you to stop in to see us so we can print this out for you. To find a TD Bank near you along with their lobby hours, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We look forward to seeing you soon, Damon! Take care.
