The easiest and quickest way to get more information about your current loan balance is to contact one of our dedicated Financial Solutions Group Specialists, 24/7, at 1-800-937-5020. You're also welcome to stop by any of our convenient store locations during lobby hours for assistance, and for a store near you, please check out http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you like, you may also view your loan balance via TD Bank Online Banking. If you already have Online Banking, you may request to add your TD Bank loan to be viewed alongside your other accounts. If you're not already enrolled with Online Banking and have an ATM/Debit Card and your Social Security number, you may fill out the online application to access your personal account(s). Please visit https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY to enroll for TD Bank Online Banking. If you only have this loan with us or do not have an ATM/Visa debit card, you may contact a Digital Specialist 24/7 directly at 1-800-493-7562 for assistance with enrollment. This will allow you to view your loan balance and payment information at your convenience.
Once you are using our Online service, you also have the option to send a Secured Message with any loan inquiry you may have. After logging in, you can visit the Customer Service tab, and then choose the Send a Message link and we will be happy to respond.
