Welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question, James!
Please know that we would like to assist you directly; however, TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum and we do not have access to your account/personal information. You are able to check recent transactions on your account in a variety of ways and we'd be happy to share the options here with you in details.
One of the easiest ways to check recent transactions on your account is to log in to Online Banking. If you're already enrolled for this service, please sign in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and you'll immediately be shown the Accounts page, where you can view your current balance. As you'd like to view your recent transactions, simply click on the account name and yes, it only takes a couple of clicks.
If you are not enrolled in Online Banking, please click here to begin: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. In order to enroll in Online Banking you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security Number and email address. If you have any trouble with online enrollment, feel free to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Bank Store, during lobby hours. For Store hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once you have enrolled in Online Banking, you will also be able to check your account on the go if you have a smart phone by using TD Mobile App. To learn more and download TD Mobile App, please visit here: http://bit.ly/1hOPk1H. Your user name and password you use for Online Banking will be the same for Mobile App.
Additionally, you are also able to obtain your recent transactions over the phone by dialing the same 24/7 number listed above. If you follow the prompts, the automated system can review this information with you. You will need either your account number or ATM/Visa Debit Card number and then follow by your phone code, you will have access to listen to your account information via our Automated Banking System or to connect with a live Banking Specialist, please select "0" at any point during your call.
If you need to review your account in more specific details, our Representatives you reach over the phone by dialing the number mentioned above or by visiting a Store will be happy to assist you after account verification.
Thanks again for joining us, James. We hope this helps and take care!
