Good afternoon Lorraine,
Welcome to the TD Helps community!
To locate your account and routing number info, we have some options for you. First, for your account number - if you have a checking account with TD Bank and have some checks, the account number would be located on the bottom of your check, to the right of the routing number. Or, if you receive paper statements for your account, your account number is located in the top right corner of your statement.
If you don't have either of these nearby, don't worry because we have more options for you. Another easy way to locate your account number is to log in to your TD Bank Online Banking account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you log in, you will be brought to the Accounts tab, which lists any accounts you have and their full account numbers. Please keep in mind that if you are already banking online and use the TD Mobile App on your phone or other device, it would be necessary to log in to our full site at the link above to view your account number.
If you don't bank online with TD Bank yet, you are invited to contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000, and a Specialist can enroll you after account verification during your call.
With respect to your routing number, it can also be found on your check as above. If you don't have a check, you can use our list here to locate yours: http://bit.ly/1cmRPoF. Please keep in mind that routing numbers are based on the State where you originally opened your account.
Otherwise, to obtain any of this information you are welcome to visit any TD Bank store location during our convenient lobby hours. Please find a store near you at http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you need this information for a direct deposit, Lorraine, then you might also like to use our Direct Deposit Authorization Form available for download at http://bit.ly/1sSvhT6. This form can be presented to your depositor to get started.
We hope this provides some direction for you, Lorraine.
Please reply with any questions! We wish you a great upcoming week.
