Great to have you here, Douglas and thanks for joining us on TD Helps.
We want you to know that TD Bank routing numbers are based upon the TD Bank location where your account was originally opened. For example, if you opened your account at a TD Bank location in New Jersey, the Routing Number for your account should be 031201360. For a list of our current routing numbers please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cmRPoF. If you are not certain which TD Bank Store you opened your account at, we invite to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for you routing number.
Please understand, the security of your account information is very important to us; therefore, we do not provide account numbers via TD Helps, email or over the phone. Rest assured, we do have a few options for you to retrieve your account number. If you have a Checking account and have checks available, your account number will be the second set of numbers on the bottom of the check. Please check out this link for more information http://bit.ly/1qH2i2K.
You could also view your account number by looking at your statements which is located at the right top corner of the page. If this is a new account, you will receive your paper statement within 30 days from opening the account. Another way to obtain the account number is by visiting a TD Bank Store. For locations near you, please look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Additionally, if you are enrolled in Online Banking, another way to view your account number is on the "Accounts" tab of your Online Banking homepage. If you are currently not utilizing TD Bank Online Banking but would like to be enrolled, please review the following information. Even though the account number is needed to use the self-service feature via www.tdbank.com to enroll for Online Banking, we are happy to say, there are other ways you can enroll. You can contact us directly at the same telephone number listed above to speak with one of our Banking Specialists. After account verification, our Specialists would be happy to help. If you are unable to verify your account or if you prefer to meet in person, you may also visit us during lobby hours at a nearby TD Store. Once enrolled, you will have complete access to your online account where you will be able to view your account number, balance and transactions, and other great features TD Bank offers with Online Banking.
We certainly hope this helped and please enjoy your day.
