Nice to see you on TD Helps, Roberta! We'll be more than happy to provide the many ways that you can check your account balances.
One of the easiest ways you can obtain your balances is by calling our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000. You'll have the option to use our automated system or speak with a live Banking Specialist.
Another way to check your balance is through online banking. If you're not currently enrolled for online banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at the telephone number listed above. Once you're enrolled, you'll be able to check your balance, your previous transactions and much more! You may also take advantage of mobile banking. Click here: http://bit.ly/1hOPk1H to download the app to your smartphone. With the mobile app, you'll be able to check your account anywhere on your time frame.
If you happen to be near a TD Bank, stop on in and one of our Banking Specialists will be glad to provide your account balance for you; after they verify your account information. You could visit the ATM if you prefer as well. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD ATM and or a TD Bank near you.
We hope this answers your question, Roberta and enjoy the rest of your Sunday! Take care.
