For your account security, you are unable to place orders with information we do not already have on file for you.
If your address or any other info to be printed on your checks has changed, we welcome you to contact a Banking Specialist at your convenience for an update. Give us a call anytime 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or feel free to stop in at any TD Bank Store near you; please see http://bit.ly/TDStores for locations.
If the address you'll need is the address you're already using for your accounts, we'll be able to make the adjustment and order your checks immediately. If your address needs updating on your account as well, we'll have you ready to go within 2-3 business days.
Once the address change is complete, you are able to order checks by dialing the number above, visiting a TD Store during lobby hours or placing an order online.
After the 2-3 business days, you'll be able to sign on to your Online Banking account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq.
Then complete the steps below:
• Log in to tdbank.com
• Click on the Customer Service tab
• Under Self Service section click on Order Checks
