Welcome to TD Helps, William. We'd be happy to help you with check copies.
You may request copies of both the front and the back of a processed check by calling us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be happy to submit a request for the copies to be sent to the mailing address we have on file for you. You may also visit a TD Store during lobby hours for assistance with check copies. For Store locations and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you are enrolled in Online Banking, you can send us a Secure Message to request the copies you need. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." To make a request for check images, you would need to change the subject to "Request a Transaction Copy." You will then be directed to select and fill out details about the check images that you're requesting including the date, amount and check number.

Keep in mind that any mailed requests can take up to 7-10 business days to be received at your mailing address depending on your post office.
