Thanks for reaching out to us at TD Helps! We'll be glad to give you some options on how to obtain your previous statements.
If you're enrolled in TD BusinssDirect or Retail Online Banking, you have access to the past 5 years of statements. Please sign into your accounts here: http://bit.ly/1d8pTSX. Choose the first Log in button for Retail Banking and the second Log in button for TD Bank BusinessDirect. Once signed in, please select the account that you'd like to view, click on the Statements tab and then choose the statements that you'd like to view.
If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY or here: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6 for TD Bank BusinessDirect. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or 800-493-7562 for TD Bank BusinessDirect.
You could also send us a secured message through online banking as well. To send a secured message, please sign into your account and select "Send a message"; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page. You could also give us a call at the telephone number listed above to request statement copies as well. Please note that it can take 7-10 business days depending on your post office to be mailed to your address.
As always, you are more than welcome to visit us at any TD Bank location during lobby hours. Our Banking Specialists can request these copies to be mailed to your address after they verify your account information. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
We hope this information helps and enjoy the rest of your weekend! Take care.
