I need TDBank to contact TransBank in Chile to make the necessary arrangemnts so that my ATM card will work in their system. Its been working for 3 years, but all of the sudden it stopped accepting my card, and the bank said its an issue between TransBank (that manages all ATMs in Chile) and TD Bank. Can someone point me to the right person at TD Bank that can help me with this?
