Welcome to TD Helps, Donald.
According to your inquiry, it sounds as though you may be expecting an incoming wire transfer or possibly an ACH. We'd be glad to provide information on both for you.
If you are expecting to receive an incoming domestic wire transfer, you should provide the Payer the following information:
Wire To: TD Bank
Wilmington, Delaware or Full Store Address
Credit to: Beneficiary's Account Title and Account Number
Please note that TD Bank posts all incoming wires from the Federal Reserve until 6:30pm on the current banking day. At this time, we may not process incoming Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) wires and will return them to the sender. Additionally, there may be a fee associated with this type of transaction and invite you to take a look at our Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for more details.
However, if you are looking to receive an ACH deposit, please provide the following information:
1. Your account number
2. Your routing number
3. Your name, exactly as it appears on your account
4. Your Account type
If the Payer is requesting an address, you may provide your Home Store's information. Your Home Store is the location where your account was originally opened. To view the exact address, please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to let us know. Enjoy your weekend.
